Talent team chat (15 mins)

Someone from our talent team will call you for a chat to see whether we are the right fit for each other. It's very informal and will usually be over a WhatsApp call. Just be yourself!

Getting to know you: Hiring Manager interview (45 mins)

You’ll meet with our Head of Marketing, Jamaica Lancee. This will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the role, so we can understand your motivations and experience, and is an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. If everyone is aligned, you’ll then move through to our next stage, outlined below.

Presentation: Launching a festive campaign (45 mins)

Objective:

Present a festive season marketing campaign to drive awareness of the Sensat Platform among our target audience**.**

Guidelines:

• Duration: Please stick to 20 minutes for a presentation
• Format: Use slides or visual aids to enhance your presentation.
• Research: Conduct any necessary research to inform your analysis and strategy.
